Description of Tray Dryer Oven Machine:

Hot Air Circulation Oven is composed of angle steel, stainless steel plate and cold steel plate. The thermal insulation layer is filled with high-density aluminum silicate wool, which ensures the thermal insulation of the oven and the safety of users.
The heater can be installed at the bottom, top or both sides.
Use a digital smart meter to control the temperature. There are two types of air duct designs for hot air circulation ovens: horizontal air supply and vertical air supply!

•The heating source includes steam, electricity, infrared ray, and dual use of steam and electricity.

•Working temperature: steam heating 50-140℃,maximum 150℃.

•Working temperature is 50-500℃ if electricity or infrared ray is adopted.

•Automatic control system and computer control system are available for selection by users.

•Common steam pressure is 0.02-0.8Mpa(0.2-8kg/cm²).

•For electric heating, 15kw if calculated according to I type, actual 5-8kw/h.

•Please indicate any special requirements when placing orders.

•The price of nonstandard ovens is negotiable.

•Please indicate if the working temperature is more than 140℃ or less then 60℃ when placing orders.

•The drying carts and drying discs have uniform dimensions at delivery and are interchangeable.
