Summary:

The Automatic Hopper Blending Machine is our new design machine.We combine hoppers and mixers. When mixing, the clip clamps the hopper. When the mixing is completed, release the hopper, and the hopper goes to the next process without unloading. In this way, a process is saved, labor is saved, and work efficiency is improved.

Features:

●The operation of the Double Column Lift Hopper Mixer is very simple, convenient and fast. There are no complex operations such as aligning, clamping, etc. All operations are simplified into the automatic operation procedure of the equipment.

●Compared with former mixers, it saves more space, and its weight is far lower than that of traditional machines, so it is suitable for floor installation.

●The Mixing Machine has a perfect safety protection system and the gyrator center of gravity is ensured to be within the range of the base. Therefore, it is ensured that the machine can rotate stably and reliably without vibration.

●The Powder Blending Machine has an increased mixing angle, so that the movement of materials in the mixing barrel is enhanced, the possibility of material layering is reduced and the mixing evenness is improved.

●The machine is also provided with lifting function. The materials after mixing can be directly subject to in-place lifting and filling, so as to save the space, reduce the transferring process and lower work intensity.

●According to user requirements, it can also be additionally mounted with an automatic weighing system. This weighing system can be connected with PLC to automatically control feeding and filling, ensure consistent weight of materials to be filled and facilitate the measurement and the control of transferring batches.
