Filter Dryer Machine is specially designed for the following operations: 1 solid-liquid filtration(separation)under pressure or vacuum. 2.Dynamic filtration in the process of stirring the crystallization liquid. 3. Smooth the filter cake to avoid cracks and grooves and ensure good washing. 4. Washing the filter cake by suspension or displacement. 5 Slowly squeeze the filter cake to reduce humidity. 6. Dry filter cake. 7. Dry material is discharged through special side discharge valve.

Important Advantages:

• The side discharge valve adopts metal-metal hard seal or FEP sealing ring soft seal.
• In order to ensure the sealing of the side discharge vale, an automatic or manual sealing surface cleaning device is installed on the Powder Drying Machine.
